We are a group of 4 students at the Hajvery university located in Gulberg-III. We are looking for a portion (lower preferred) in a house OR 2 bedroom apartment/flat.
Our requirements:
- EXTREMELY CLEAN premises
- Proper functioning bathrooms / kitchen
- Non-Rusty ceilings, clean floors
And about us:
- Non - Smokers
- Family oriented (all of us come from highly respectable family backgrounds)
- Clean, well-behaved, polite
- Strict Martial upbringing
Rent is always paid up on or before time.
P.s. We will NOT be entertaining anything thats unclean or dirty. Kindly be reasonable when you describe the place.
Will decide the rent upon inspection. Usually, we DONOT bargain.
