Job Description:
As a Customer Sales Representative (CSR) at NSLA Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their transportation requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Proactively reach out to potential clients to generate leads and cultivate new business opportunities.
Effectively communicate with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of shipments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Customer Sales Representative or similar role in the logistics or transportation industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
