Online Truck Dispatcher:
Schedule and manage truck dispatches efficiently through digital platforms.
Coordinate with drivers and ensure timely and safe deliveries.
Monitor routes and respond to real-time changes or issues.
Communicate with clients, drivers, and other team members.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and incidents.
Familiarity with transportation software is a plus.
Sales Staff:
Reach out to potential clients through online channels.
Present and promote our services to meet customer needs.
Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals.
Build and maintain customer relationships to drive sales growth.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated and comfortable with online sales processes.
Requirements:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of online dispatch tools and transportation management systems.
Ability to handle online and phone-based communication with drivers and clients.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Sales experience or a keen interest in sales with a willingness to learn.
Excellent online communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
