The successful candidate must be well organized, presentable, enthusiastic and able to articulate verbally and on paper key financial reporting information of the business. The candidate, who should have a minimum of 3 years professional book keeping experience, should have a thorough knowledge of accounting software and Excel as well as other Office software. The candidate will report into the Director; core duties will include:
- Cash flow control and management
- Data input on invoices and cash/credit sales information onto system
- Data input of room booking sales onto internal system
- Raising invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Purchase ledger information
- Producing daily, weekly and monthly reporting on the financial and other status of the business for management
Education: B.Com or equivalent
