We are seeking an experienced Draftsman to join our team, with expertise in 3D Max and submission drawings. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in creating high-quality drawings and 3D models.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using 3D Max
- Prepare submission drawings for clients and regulatory authorities
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Draftsman
- Proficient in 3D Max and AutoCAD
- Experience with submission drawings and regulatory requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Drafting or a related field
- Experience with other design software (e. g. , Revit, SketchUp)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
